Why is it that when it is VERY windy outside, the water in the toilet bowl moves around? Not as much to call it waves, but definately reacting to something......
You probably have one of those little aligators in there. Dont tell the kids...yet, wait till it bites them on there little butts, so for the rest of there lives they will poop in there bed. I think that would be funny.
I reckon that the air stack that vents to the roof is the culprit... wind changes air pressure in that pipe, which in turn acts on the water in the trap below the bowl to move it up and down just a wee bit.
